REVERSE RAFFLE RULES \ GUIDELINES:

• Ticket holders need not be present to win except on “double if present” draws.
• The ticket holder may send an agent to act on their behalf, but must notify the Ticket Chairman in advance of the raffle.  If no advance notice is received the agent will not be acknowledged.
• Tickets will be drawn from the barrel one at a time and opened beginning at 3:00 P.M..
• In the event of controversy, the ticket chairman shall rule.  The decision of the ticket chairman will be final.
