Click on the Title for the tax form that you need and print it for your use. Be sure to print all pages of your requested form. These forms are in "pdf" format, therefore you will need, to open the forms. Click on the name of the form to open it or right click on the name of the form you want, then click on, "save taget as" and save it to your computer then open it. If you have problems or can not find what you are looking for please call the Village Office. It may be necessary for you to change your page setup and reset margins on some forms before printing so that the forms fit on the page correctly.
